After completing his LLB, Ryan worked at a well-established Southport-based firm, primarily assisting their family law department as a paralegal. His work in this area of law drove him to complete his Practical Legal Training and seek admission as a solicitor in 2018. Prior to joining the team at Arbon Legal, Ryan has spent time at firms in Brisbane practicing in various areas of law, including family law, domestic violence matters, wills and estates, commercial matters, conveyancing, and traffic matters, however, his main area of practice remains family law.
Ryan is completely at home when it comes to untangling particularly difficult property settlement matters, as well as child recovery matters. When approaching a matter, Ryan is always mindful of the merits of resolving a matter without having to resort to litigation. Nonetheless, he is a determined and measured advocate when an appearance in court is required.
When he isn’t at the office, Ryan likes to spend time writing and playing music, learning ballroom and Latin dancing, and cheering on the Brisbane Lions.
Committed to helping our clients.
